By registering an account, funding your online wallet, or utilizing any of our automated services, you signify that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Account Creation & Security
To access our platform's automated discounts and wallet systems, you must create a registered account. By doing so, you agree to the following:
- Information Accuracy: You must supply authentic, current, and complete details (name, email address, phone number) during the registration flow.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are entirely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login passwords, authentication PINs, and transaction keys. Any transaction made under your credentials will be deemed authorized by you.
- Age Limit: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to register and execute financial transactions.
2. Wallet Funding & Payments
Our platform runs on a pre-funded virtual wallet system. All recharges, subscriptions, and pin generations are deducted directly from your wallet balance:
- Funding Channels: You may fund your wallet via dynamic automated bank transfer, card payment (Paystack/Monnify gateways), or physical cash deposit methods.
- Processing Fees: Third-party payment processors or banks may impose minor processing charges (e.g. gateway service fees) during wallet funding, which are displayed transparently before completion.
- Unused Balances: Wallet balances do not expire and remain accessible to you for service purchases at any time.
3. Service Deliveries & Strict Refund Policy
All transactions executed on Annurdigital (including airtime top-ups, internet data recharge packages, TV decoder activations, electricity utility bills, and exam scratch cards) are processed and completed via fully automated APIs **instantly**.
Strict Non-Refundability: Because telecommunication services and digital tokens are delivered instantly to carrier databases, **all successful automated transactions are final and completely non-refundable**. We are unable to retract or refund purchases made to incorrect phone numbers, invalid meter details, or wrong smartcard numbers provided by the user. Please cross-check all fields thoroughly before executing transactions.
4. Prohibited Platform Misuse
You agree not to engage in or attempt any of the following activities on our system:
- Use any script, bot, spider, scraper, or automated mechanism to extract pricing lists or simulate user actions without express written authorization.
- Exploit, reverse-engineer, or attempt to hack any underlying application logic, APIs, server architecture, database schemes, or authentication keys.
- Register multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotional referral bonuses, gaming registration discounts, or circumventing transaction limits.
- Conduct fraudulent purchases or execute payments using stolen bank details or compromised cards. Any such event will result in immediate wallet freezing and reporting to security agencies.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive to maintain a 100% server uptime and rapid automated processing. However, Annurdigital is not liable for failures, transaction delays, or network downtimes originating from external third-party telecommunication networks, power companies, payment gateways, or government regulatory bodies.
6. Account Suspension & Deletion
We reserve the right to freeze, suspend, or permanently terminate user accounts that violate our terms, perform fraudulent payments, or engage in suspicious API behaviors. Additionally, users retain the right to delete their own accounts at any time through our dashboard or via our dedicated Account Deletion Portal.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in compliance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any litigation arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
